Prefab usually describes a home that arrives as a finished module and is craned into position. A Rivela home arrives as precision-engineered components and is built on your block by our own licensed builder, then fixed permanently to its foundation. You get factory accuracy in the parts and a conventional, inspectable build on the ground.
The supply and build of the home: the complete kit (structure, walls, roof, windows, internal fit-out, kitchen, bathroom), engineered footings, installation, waterproofing and standard service connections. Two things sit outside it and are quoted separately in writing before you sign - your approval costs, and site works. A permanent concrete slab is an available paid upgrade on the Studio and the Granny flat.
Yes, your home needs approval before any work starts. Approvals handled for you means we prepare, lodge and manage the whole thing through to your Occupation Certificate, so you are never chasing council or a certifier. The right pathway depends on your site, and we confirm it after we have checked your block.
Yes. The same engineered kit system is manufactured to your dimensions instead of a standard plan, with the same materials and the same finish. Rivela designs, supplies and manages approvals; a licensed builder constructs. Custom sizes are priced individually against your drawings.
