Quoted individually against your drawings - the standard range, from $129,000, is the reference point. The quote is the supply and build; your approval costs, any architect and design certificates, and site works are itemised separately, in writing, before you sign. What's a standard site?

When a kit can't do it.
Some projects call for one-off, conventional construction. Rivela designs, supplies and manages approvals; a licensed builder builds it. Most projects don't need it - a custom-sized kit usually gets there faster, for less.
Construction is contracted with and performed by Leo Zhang (Wei Xiong Zhang), Licensed Builder - Licence 314134C, who carries home building compensation (HBCF) insurance on the building work. Bespoke builds are priced individually, at a premium over an equivalent kit.
