These terms govern your use of the Rivela Homes website (the "site"), operated by Rivela Homes Pty Ltd (ABN 15 699 414 643). By using the site you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
Use of this site
This site is provided for general information about Rivela's products and service. You may browse and use it for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Content may change without notice, and we don't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free.
No contract is formed here
Nothing on this site is an offer or a binding agreement. Enquiring, using our calculators, or receiving an estimate does not create a contract. A binding agreement only exists once you and the relevant Rivela entity (and, for the building work, the licensed builder) sign a written contract.
Prices and quotes
Published prices are indicative starting points. They cover the home, built on a standard site as defined in our inclusions, including standard service connections; site-condition extras are quoted in writing before you sign. The only binding price is the written, signed quote we prepare for your specific block.
Estimates, imagery and no advice
Tools such as our rental yield calculator provide general estimates only, based on third-party data and standard assumptions. They are not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and actual results will vary - you should check current local information and your own circumstances, and seek professional advice where needed.
Renders, images, floor plans and specifications are for illustration and may differ from the final home. Figures and features are indicative until confirmed in your contract.
Approvals
Approval eligibility, pathway and timeframe depend on your site and the regulations that apply at the time. We assess each address individually. Nothing on this site guarantees a particular approval outcome or timeframe.
Intellectual property
The designs, text, images and other content on this site belong to Rivela Homes Pty Ltd unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without our permission.
Third-party links
The site may link to other websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content or practices, and a link isn't an endorsement.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rivela is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, general information published on this site. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the courts of that state.
