Twelve weeks.
Not twelve months.

The difference
Your home is finished and certified before a traditional build has even broken ground.
The journey

Four steps
to your keys.

Custom sizes follow the same four steps.

01

Choose and lock it in.

Pick your design and pay your deposit. Your build is confirmed and locked into the schedule.

02

Approved, then straight into production.

Once approval is granted, your home goes into production. From here the build and your on-site works run in parallel, not one after the other.

03

Built on your block.

Precision-engineered components, built on your foundation by a licensed builder - with your services and rough-in already in the slab.

04

Completed. Keys in hand.

Final connections, inspection and occupation certificate. Move in - or list it and start earning in about twelve weeks.

What happens on your block.

Set out, services in the base, the pour - then a finished home. The ground work is the same on every build.

Set out. Services. The pour. Then a finished home.

Your site works and your home,
built at once.

Drag to compare

While the crew prepares your foundation and services on your block, your home is already in production. The two run together, which is where the weeks go.
